Rules and Regulation

Swaraj Edutech provides a progressive learning environment where students are required to follow best academic practices and high ethical standards. Disciple takes centerstage in our campus – both inside the classroom and out in the premises.
It is mandatory for students to abide by the following Rules & Regulations, which are subject to change at any time in the future:
1. The student is required to have a minimum attendance of 80% in the aggregate of all the Theory and Practical taken together in any given semester. Otherwise, the student will not be allowed to appear for the Exam.

2. Each student should wear uniform in the College premises.

3. All important instructions, Notices will be displayed on the notice boards of the College. The student must develop a habit of observing notice boards regularly. Failure to read notices will not be accepted as an excuse for non-compliance of instructions.
4. Smoking, chewing of tobacco, gutkha and other similar substances is strictly prohibited in the College/campus.

5. Students will have to pay towards repairs or replacement of College / Hostel property damaged or lost by them.

6. The student should agree to the University or HCMR in respect of making changes in syllabus, exam timetable, and result declaration etc. from time to time.

7. The fees and other charges once paid will not refunded or transferable under any circumstances.
8. Balance of fee, if any, not paid in time, the admission is automatically treated as cancelled and the student is disallowed to attain classes. However, late payment will attract penalty of Rs. 20/ per day.

9. All the rights regarding Admission are reserved with Management only.

10. Ragging & other misbehavior will lead to termination of admission.

11. Use of Mobile Phone is not permitted in the classroom.
12. The Original Certificate/Documents will remain with the College/ Institute till the time of completion of the course or till the withdrawal formalities are successfully completed.

Please note
1. We are an Authorized Learning Center of PTU for DEP Programs.
2. Every student should take admission any after clear cut understanding; no adjustment is possible after taking admission.
3. All disputes are subject to Pune jurisdiction only.
4. Decision of the Management about the course and discipline will be final and applicable to each student.
5. The Course Code, Mode of Study are designed according to learning / training / coaching facilities available for easy identification at HCMR. The Number of Seats is designed according to available infrastructure and seating arrangement at HCMR.
6. Semester pattern for all programs of PTU is March & September.
7. Semester pattern for all autonomous programs of HCMR is Feb. and August.
8. Sufficient no. of student is required to conduct the programs, otherwise student will be transferred to other program. (i.e. course name mentioned in the Admission Form for second preference)
9. Students / Guardians will also be bound by other terms and conditions of the College imposed from time to time.
10. A minimum of 15 students are required to conduct the classes of specialization subject or course.

Dress Code (Uniform)
1. For Boys – White full sleeves shirt, Navy Blue Jeans / Navy Blue Trousers (Pant), Black Shoes & Socks.
2. For Girls – same as per boys OR Navy Salwar and White Kurta, Navy Blue Dupatta & Black Sandals.
3. Navy Blue Blazer (Compulsory for all the students); students can purchase uniform from the College Office.
